15 Years of schambeck group – A Summer Celebration Full of Team Spirit, Emotion and Energy

Our 2025 summer party was more than just the highlight of the year – it was a true celebration of unity, appreciation, and pride in 15 successful years as a high-quality service provider.

On Saturday, we had the pleasure of welcoming all our branches to Oberschneiding. Finally, we were all together in one place – colleagues from across Germany under one roof. That’s what defines us.

Great food, live music, and a packed dance floor until the early morning hours with DJ Günther created the perfect party atmosphere. The many game and activity stations added a fun, competitive vibe to the event – and the well-deserved winner was:
Augustin Adamkovič and his team, who beat last year’s host team from Döbeln led by branch manager Enrico Dümont, earning the honor of hosting the 2026 summer party in Bratislava.

One of the most emotional moments was the surprise organized by the Oberschneiding team for Martina, Christian, and Thomas – a heartfelt gesture for the company’s 15th anniversary that touched everyone present.

Also unforgettable: the impressive cake buffet, lovingly prepared by many of our colleagues. A simple but powerful symbol of the strong sense of community we share.

Our conclusion: This summer celebration once again showed what makes schambeck group special – team spirit, heart, dedication, and the strength of a company that not only delivers top-level services, but also lives its values.
